Douglas N. Everett Arena Advertising Opportunities

The Black Ice Pond Hockey Association will again be managing the advertisements for the 2012-13 skating and tradeshow season at the Douglas N. Everett Arena in Concord, NH.

All Everett Arena advertisement opportunities combine the exposure at the arena for 12 months aswell as exposure at the Black Ice Pond Hockey Championships at White Park scheduled for January 25-27th, 2013. This two-for-one opportunity allows your business the exposure at the Everett Arena which annually has over 80,000 visitors, and one of the hottest winter events in Concord, The Black Ice Pond Hockey Championships!

The ice at the Everett Arena is in for hockey and skating generally from September 1 through March 31. Tradeshows and other non-ice events occur in the arena from April through August. There are several packages for advertisement available at the arena. Dasher advertisements approximately 33” x 96” inches are available on the hockey boards; in addition you will receive a 2’x8’ sign above the grandstands. The combination of these two signs allow for exposure throughout the year. New for the 2012-13 season, are eight larger advertisements, 8’x23’ on the east wall of the arena. The 3rd advertisement element is the wrapping of the Zamboni.

Ways to Advertise

Dasher Advertisement: $1,000

(plus creative set-up fee of $135.00)

• Dasher Advertisement: 33' x 96' (see sample below)
• Advertisement will be in Everett Arena hockey rink dasher boards for 12 months from payment and placement
• Advertiser will receive a secondary 2'x8' sign over the main grandstand for 12 months
• Advertiser will become a Shovel Sponsor at the 3rd Annual Black Ice Pond Hockey Championships at White Park in Concord, NH

East Wall Advertisement: $2,500 - New this year!

(plus creative set-up fee of $480.00)

• 8 available, 8'x'23' (see sample below)
• Advertisement will be one of 8 advertisements on the arena's east wall (where scoreboard was located)
• Advertiser can credit amount towards presenting and event sponsorships at the 3rd Annual Black Ice Pond Hockey Championships (1 - Presenting and 3 - Event Sponsorships available on a first come, first serve basis)
• Multi-Year Deal: advertiser will be able to purchase secondary dash for half price, discounted rate of $500.00, for the same multi-year time period.

Zamboni Advertisement: $5,000 - New this year!

(plus creative set-up fee - TBD)

• Advertiser can credit amount towards sponsorship at the 3rd Annual Black Ice Pond Hockey Championships (Black Ice Sponsorship level negotiable and available on a first come, first serve basis)
• Multi-Year Deal: advertiser will be able to purchase secondary dash for half price, discounted rate of $500.00, for the same multi-year time period.
